Nimer Rashed directed Run Away to number one on Netflix in 37 countries. His previous credits include Fool Me Once, one of Netflix's ten most-watched English-language series of all time, and Missing You, another global number one for the platform.

He started in front of the camera at the age of seven, performing with the Royal Shakespeare Company and on screen, before moving into writing in his twenties. He received the Sir Peter Ustinov Scriptwriting Award at the International Emmys, and trained as a director on the BBC Drama Directors Scheme.

He is represented by Artists First in the US and Independent Talent in the UK, and is currently developing original work for film and television.
